If your teeth are not properly aligned or you have crowned teeth then you need the Orthodontic treatment. Some people have front teeth which stick out. This increases the chances of getting damaged. Therefore, it is important to get the Orthodontic treatment. This treatment will align your teeth properly and put less pressure on your jaw muscles.

There is no specific age for getting the treatment. The best time to get the treatment is during childhood but many adults are also getting the same treatment.

What’s the process of Orthodontic Treatment?

You will visit your dentist for a full examination. He will look at your teeth, take an X-ray, and based on it he will make a plaster model for your teeth. He will discuss the treatment with you in detail, and once you agree to it, your treatment will start.

The duration of the treatment depends on the severity of the problem. It can take from a few months to two years.
