It is normally done by removing the soft tissues from your palate. This covers your exposed teeth roots and give a pleasing look to your teeth and stop the further gum recession.

Tissue-stimulating proteins – Another popular method is to apply a gel on the affected area. This gel contains the same proteins which are responsible for the growth of gum, developing healthy teeth and enamel.
